Keith Thomas, GSC Construction Manager With over 34 years’ experience in the construction industry Keith Thomas has accurately and profitably estimated, managed and completed over 300 commercial building projects ranging from $100,000 up to $25 million. Mr. Thomas has successfully coordinated upwards of 50 subcontractors on a variety of projects simultaneously, including developing contract language documenting agreed upon prices, schedules, procedures and responsibilities. He has experience with a broad spectrum of heavy equipment, having purchased over 30 machines which were maintained in a company owned repair shop which employed two mechanics.
Robert Murray Safety Officer Robert Murray has been involved in construction for 30+ years. He has done everything from framing, paving, plumbing and now safety for the past 15 years. He is very well rounded in his safety experience being everything from a field officer to a coordinator, advisor and manager. Robert joined BMP in 2021 and is a valuable member of the team.
Colton Thomas Project Manager Colton Thomas is a Project Manager who joined the company in 2016 after graduating as a Civil Engineering Technologist from NBCC in Moncton, NB. Colton is responsible for managing the construction team, subcontractors and all parties involved in the construction process of mixed use development projects from conceptual budget to substantial completion. Mr. Thomas is dedicated to ensuring all of his projects are delivered and turned over on time, are on budget and meet our quality standards. Ryan Reagon Project Manager Ryan Reagon combines his hands on skill and Civil Engineering Technology education to oversee every aspect of building a project as a Project Manager. Ryan focuses on ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and following building codes and laws. Mr. Reagon has strong interpersonal and mediation skills to resolve conflicts and challenges that come along with construction projects.
Ray Gibson Controller Ray Gibson is a Certified Management Accountant and has 20 years' experience as an accountant, with 14 years in the construction industry at senior levels, working for both private and publicly traded companies. Mr. Gibson has been responsible for full cycle accounting for organizations ranging in size from 8 to 600 employees and for projects up to $30M. Mr. Gibson obtained his CMA in 2001.
Britney Rudy Project Assistant Britney Rudy joined our team in 2017 as a project assistant lending support to all Project Managers. With over 8 years’ experience in the construction industry Miss. Rudy has obtained a strong knowledge of project administration and is continually building relationships with subcontractors.. Miss. Rudy is a flexible, motivated, quick learner who excels under pressure. She is a confident individual who achieves results.
Kieren Radwell Project Coordinator Kieren Radwell joined BMP in 2018. Through a combination of Construction Management education and valuable hands on experience, Kieren is able to respond quickly to deliver accurate and effective results for all aspects of the projects he is involved in. Mr. Radwell is committed to ensuring that the project schedule, budget and client expectations are met through his understanding of construction logistics and ability to build strong relationships.
Chris Nelmes Project Coordinator Christopher Nelmes joined BMP in 2021. With Education in Geomatics Engineering from BCIT, Chris started his career in legal and construction survey. Moving to project management in 2016, Chris has been involved in a diverse range of Construction projects, including paving, concrete, underground utilities, earthworks, demolition and telecom.
